Maybe you just want to explore and harness your own potential.  Wherever you are in your personal story, we can partner together to explore reasons for current difficulties and devise strategies for future success.

I see clients who have a history of trauma, adverse childhood experiences, and/or who are currently experiencing anxiety and depression.  I also specialize in seeing clients who are stuck in any way and want to find their hope or maximize their potential.
